Apple Week
We did a few science experiments, read many books about apples, tasted different colored apples and graphed our favorite (green Granny Smiths won), learned about the life cycle and parts of an apple. We also took a peek at the hidden star in the center of an apple and took seeds home to plant!
Community Meeting
Kid President wants us to be a little more awesome by doing the little things to make a difference in someone's day.

Second Grade Buddies
Kindergarteners created counting books and celebrated their work by reading their books to some 2nd grade buddies. The second graders were very impressed by our kinder's reading skills!
Math Club
Our kinder friends have been practicing working at their math skills, having fun and building some working stamina.
Modeling Read to Self
Our friends modeled what read to self should look and sound like today. Thanks I and G for doing such a good job showing your friends. Our reading stamina is up to 5:55. Wahoo kinders!!!

First Grade Buddies
We had a chance to buddy up and read our Colorful Shoes book to our first grade Impact buddies.
